Sanctuary Place Living “SPL” is a Social Enterprise Community Housing Provider (S.E.C.H.P.) delivering housing, care, and support within the hour for people in need. Due to their nature as a Not For Profit and Charity they had been through a number of web developers and needed their online presence aligned with the different arms of their business.
Differentiating between their SPL™ Living Foundation as registered Charity with prominent elements to take Donations and the core ‘SPL’ Living Homes™ Community Housing program was essential to ensure the vulnerable who they service didn’t feel lost when coming to the website. Integrating forms applications and message with their HubSpot CRM and SalesForce were equally important.
Developing space to show the other five programs as well as a further two future programs without confusion and overwhelm was key. Likewise making the process to donate simple and easy as well as showing what the donation money went towards was also essential.
